Introduction to Stainless Steel Sink Packaging Methods

Packaging for stainless steel sinks must consider scratch protection, shock absorption, moisture protection, and secure securing to ensure no damage during transportation.

 

Carton Packaging: Place the stainless steel sink in a cardboard box of appropriate thickness, filling the box with a certain amount of shock-absorbing material, such as foam or paper scraps. Regularly check for looseness.

 

Wooden Crate Packaging: Place the stainless steel sink in a wooden crate, maintaining proper ventilation and humidity. Regularly check the crate for deformation, cracks, or other damage.

 

Film Packaging: Securely wrap the stainless steel sink with plastic film, adding an appropriate amount of shock-absorbing material, and then seal with tape to minimize the sink's impact on the external environment.

 

Padding Materials: Use materials such as foam particles, paper scraps, or EPE foam to fill gaps and prevent movement.

 

Waterproof and Moisture-proof Film: Especially useful in humid environments or during long-distance transportation, protecting the sink from moisture.

 

Labels and Packing Straps: Clearly indicate the model, quantity, and fragile status, and secure the box.

 

Avoid direct metal contact: If the sink has metal fittings (such as supports), use foam insulation to prevent scratches.

 

Moisture protection: In humid areas or during sea transport, it is recommended to place a desiccant or use a moisture-proof film inside the box.

 

Bulk packaging: When transporting multiple sinks in the same box, each should be individually wrapped and separated by partitions to prevent collisions.
